The HTML Widget widget.UI.DateBox control has a start-up option to "allowTime".

Non-Administrator Users were unable to cancel edit or save their current Batch in the Bank Entry wizard if the HTML Widget was configured with either the "Administrator Only" or "Administrator plus Batch User" options.
FIX: HTML Widgets; widget.UI.DBCombo control; Search dropdown for "special" ranges updated and fixed
When displaying a "special" range such as Clients or Accounts, the DBCombo control displays a Search box instead of a list.
