HTML Widgets; Bank Entry wizard; Non-Administrator Users are unable to unlock or save their current Batch
Non-Administrator Users were unable to cancel edit or save their current Batch in the Bank Entry wizard if the HTML Widget was configured with either the "Administrator Only" or "Administrator plus Batch User" options.
