Workflows; Credit Sense Bank Account Enquiries not working

When a Workflow Type item was configured to use the either of the Credit Sense services, the following error was given when trying to action the item in finPOWER Connect Cloud:

Failed to action Workflow Item.

Failed to create Application Shortcut to action a Workflow Item.

Unhandled Bank Account Service.
