Clients; Individual Client creating an Organisation Person Acting audit record

An Individual Client was creating an "Organisation Person Acting" audit record when the Name is changed.

Note; this occurs if the Global Settings, Audit group, Clients page, Name & Organisation Person Acting Audit option is checked.
