NEW: Documents; VBA version of the PPSR Debtor Advice removed
Since the implementation of the rPPSR in 2018, two versions of the PPSR Debtor Advice has been available in finPOWER Connect, one Word VBA and another Word Document.
NEW: Account Warnings script; update Comparison Rate warning
The Comparison Rate warning in the standard Account Warnings script has been updated to use the Comparison Rate Maximum now stored directly on the Account. Previously this used that defined on the Account Type.
NEW: Client Logs; Client Web Mail; Extended Data support added
Web Mail Client Logs have been enhanced to accept Extended Data. This allows saving additional information in the Web Mail log, such as a related Account Id.
NEW: Client Connect Sample Portal; Client Web Mail Enhancements
finPOWER Connect now supports enhanced Client Web Mail, which includes the ability to link related Accounts to Web Mail Client Logs.
NEW: Documents; "Account Payment Revision Advice" has been updated to a "Word Document" file type
The "Account Payment Revision Advice" Document supplied with finPOWER Connect is now a "Word Document" rather than a "Word VBA" file type.
NEW: NZ High-Cost Consumer Credit Contracts; add "New Zealand Rate of Charge" Comparison Rate
A new Comparison Rate type of "New Zealand Rate of Charge" has been added. This is to support High-Cost Consumer Credit Contracts in New Zealand.
NEW: Portals; New tag for Client Preferred Name
A new "ClientPreferredName" tag can be used in Portal Pages.
NEW: Quick Search; Now searches Client Preferred Name
The Quick Search facility now searches the new Client Preferred Name field.
NEW: Comparison Rate; Maximum Rate can change over time, so now stored on Account Calculation
As the Comparison Rate's Maximum Rate can change over time, it is now permanently stored on the Account Calculation record.
NEW: Equifax Logo; updated to latest colour and style
The Equifax Logo has been updated to latest colour and style.
NEW: Database upgrade; 3.02 database upgrade enhanced to include more checkpoints
The 3.02 database upgrade has been enhanced to include more checkpoints. This may make the SQL Server upgrade process more robust as one client reported a timeout issue.
NEW: Comparison Rate; Account Type option added to define a future date that the Maximum Rate changes
A Loan Account Type can define a Comparison Rate with a specified Maximum Rate. A new option has been added to define the next date and rate to handle where the Maximum Rate is changing.
FIX: Task & Workflow Settings; incorrectly shows Account Application related scripts
The Global Settings and User Preferences forms incorrectly show Account Application related scripts under Tasks & Workflows group when not licensed for Account Applications.
FIX: Client Connect Sample Portal; Upcoming Page can be accessible when disabled
Under certain scenarios the "Upcoming" page can be incorrectly accessible when the Constants are set to not allow it.
NEW: Client Connect Sample Portal; Contact Us; Updated to use Branch Place Id
The Client Connect Sample Portal has been updated to make use of the Branch's Place Id, rather than retrieving this value from a single, static Portal Constant.
NEW: Logs; allow Delegated To User to be updated if Current User can view the current Delegated To User in the task Manager
Enhancements have been made to the Task Manager and Log forms to allow a User who can access another User (via the Task Manager) to delegate those Logs to other Users.
NEW: Branches; Support added for Google Place Ids
Google uses "Place Ids" to link to addresses and places of interest in Google Maps. Support has been added to allow the saving of Google Place Ids for Branches.
FIX: Account Type; Interest Options page, Maximum Rate caption cut off
On the Account Type form, Interest Options page, the "Maximum Rate:" caption is cut off and shows as "Maximum Ra...".
FIX: NZ Investment Income Report Export wizard; may fail to open with "Tax Certificate document not defined" message
The New Zealand Investment Income Report Export wizard may fail to open and display the message "Validation of Account Type [code], '[Name]' failed. Tax Certificate document not defined.".
FIX: Account Withdrawal; "Override Regular Payment" option now always adds a Payment Arrangement
Previously, an Account Withdrawal did not add a Payment Arrangement if "Override Regular Payment" was selected and the Payment value was the same as the current Regular Payment.
FIX: User Preferences; Copy User Preferences, updated text
The text on the User Preferences, Copy User Preferences wizard has been updated as follows:
NEW: Database Purge; updated purge to simplify purging of successful Login Audit Records
The Database Purge has been updated to simplify purging of successful Login Audit Records. If the option to record successful logins is turned on, defined under User Policies, there may be a large number of these records.
NEW: Client Connect Sample Portal; New Constant to specify maximum days for an Account Close Quotation

Previously, the list of Accounts in the New Message "Related Account" dropdown included all Accounts and Applications for the Client, including all Closed Accounts.
FIX: Script Code Snippets; Inserting snippet crashes finPOWER Connect
Inserting a Code Snippet in the Script Editor causes an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error and closes finPOWER.
NEW: User Policies; blank database updated, tooltip added
The User Policy, Password Policy page, a tooltip has been added for Lockout "Defines the number of login attempts within a time period that causes the User to be locked out. The Lockout will be cancelled after the lockout minutes (0 minutes = indefinite)"...
NEW: Business Layer; finClientFunctions; CreateUpdateRequestLog_AddressUpdate_FromAddressDetails updated for improved address support
Previously, finClientFunctions.CreateUpdateRequestLog_AddressUpdate_FromAddressDetails() only supported the scenario where one address was being updated to another.
FIX: Revolving Credit Loan Accounts; changing Next Interest Date may not have any affect
When creating a Revolving Credit Loan Account the Interest Cycle and First Interest Date can be specified.
NEW: Floating Rate Loan Payment Review wizard; updated caption "Print Advice?"
The caption in the Account Floating Rate Loan Payment Review wizard for printing an advice has been changed from "Print Payment Arrangement advice?" changed to "Print Advice?".

The Form Actions list (e.g., the Client Contact Address Widget was shown as a list. In finPOWER Connect Cloud, this list could get quite long, e.g., for an Account.

The Credit Enquiry HTML Widgets have been enhanced to perform improved Branch (and therefore Cost Centre) validation when the user attempts to move forward past the "General" page of the Widgets.

FIX: Cost Centres; Credit Enquiry References specified in cost centres are ignored
The Credit Enquiry "Reference" specified in Cost Centres is ignored and the Global Cost Centre "Reference" is always used.
NEW: HTML Widgets; widget.UI.MsgBoxConfirmDelete method now uses standard styling
When run from within finPOWER Connect desktop, the widget.UI.MsgBoxConfirmDelete method used a standard window.confirm prompt.
NEW: Export Information; selecting an existing file now loads previous Comment
When using File, Export Information and selecting an existing file you are asked whether you wish to use the previous export options (contained in the file).
FIX: finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Ctrl+PageDown may cause crash
Pressing Ctrl+PageDown on the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form may cause finPOWER Connect to crash.
NEW: User Preferences; Messaging Group, Email settings incorrectly showing global information
The User Preferences, Messaging Group, Email settings were incorrectly (and partially) showing global information as blank tips when "Use Global Settings?" was checked.
NEW: Business layer; ISKeyValueListReadOnly.GetList method added
A new GetList method has been added to the ISKeyValueListReadOnly oject. This keeps it in line with the non read-only object.
FIX: Portals; Duplicated pages don't copy Script code.
Duplicating a Page on the Pages page of the Portals form did not copy the Script code from the original page.
FIX: Widgets; CheckList control; read-only state not working
Setting ReadOnly(true) on the widget.UI.CheckList control did not make the control read-only.
NEW: Portals; PORTAL_CONFIG; Now uses the Page Name as the Window title
The Portal Configuration form (implemented via a special PORTAL_CONFIG page) now displays the Page Name in the Window title.
FIX: Portals; PORTAL_CONFIG; widget.RefreshParent() is not refreshing the Portal form
When the special Portal Configuration page (PORTAL_CONFIG) called the widget.RefreshParent() method, the Portal form was not being refreshed to show any updates.
FIX: Audit information not automatically refreshed
Audit information was not automatically refreshed when a record is saved.
