NZ Investment Income Report Export wizard; may fail to open with "Tax Certificate document not defined" message

The New Zealand Investment Income Report Export wizard may fail to open and display the message "Validation of Account Type [code], '[Name]' failed. Tax Certificate document not defined.".

The Tax Certificate is not required for the Investment Income Report, so this message has been removed.
