Client Connect Sample Portal; Contact Us; Updated to use Branch Place Id
The Client Connect Sample Portal has been updated to make use of the Branch's Place Id, rather than retrieving this value from a single, static Portal Constant.
This allows Branches to have different Place Ids, which in turn allows the Google Map on the "Contact Us" page to differ, depending on the Client's configured Branch.
