Audit information not automatically refreshed

Audit information was not automatically refreshed when a record is saved.

After changing details on a form like Admin, Elements, if you switched to the Audit page and then clicked Save, the audit details are not refreshed.

The following forms have been updated:

• Account Type
• Bank Account
• Branch
• Client
• Cost Centre
• Decision Card
• Document
• Element
• Entity
• External Party
• Queue
• Report Template
• Script
• Security Statement
• User
• Workflow
