Revolving Credit Loan Accounts; changing Next Interest Date may not have any affect

When creating a Revolving Credit Loan Account the Interest Cycle and First Interest Date can be specified.

If the Interest Cycle is later updated and the Next Date changed it does not override the First Interest Date if Interest has not yet been charged. This means there is no way of changing the date of the first Interest charge.
