Database Purge; updated purge to simplify purging of successful Login Audit Records

The Database Purge has been updated to simplify purging of successful Login Audit Records. If the option to record successful logins is turned on, defined under User Policies, there may be a large number of these records.

Therefore, deleting successful User Logins has been optimised for speed. This means they are not archived.

In addition, a new Business Layer function finDatabasePurge.ExecutePurgeAuditLogs_SuccessfulLogins() has been added. This function will remove all successful User Login audit records on or prior to the date specified - and can be separately called from a Script.
