HTML Widgets; Credit Enquiries; Improved Branch validation

The Credit Enquiry HTML Widgets have been enhanced to perform improved Branch (and therefore Cost Centre) validation when the user attempts to move forward past the "General" page of the Widgets.

This validation includes better checks to ensure that the service is available and configured correctly.
