When adding Security Statement Items from the New Account wizard, the Security Statement's Branch was not being set to the Account's Branch.
FIX: HTML Widget; Security Item Edit; CC Rating and Fuel Type not populated
The Motor Vehicle Fuel Type and CC Rating were not populated when a Security Item was loaded into the Security Item Edit widget. This meant that editing the item via the widget could result in these values being blanked on the record.

FIX: SMS and Email Address lists for Account Applications are inconsistent between old and new SMS Interfaces and HTML Widgets
When a list of SMS phone numbers or Email addresses was presented for an Account Application, this list used the contact methods for the Applicants and not for the Client (if the Applicant linked to a Client) that had been updated from the Applicant.

Right-clicking a form's tab shows a context menu with a "Special, Form Details" menu option which displays the Form Details report which is useful for displaying support and development information.
