Security Statements; Adding a new Motor Vehicle Security Item and performing a Security Enquiry does not inherit the Security Statement's Branch

When adding a new Security Statement, the Security Statement's Branch is not used when adding a new Security Item. In the case of Motor Vehicles, the Branch is required to obtain the Cost Centre for Security Enquiries. The Security Enquiry wizard was using the User's default Branch (as specified under User Preferences).

Also, if the User Preferences, Clients, General, default Branch is not specified, the Branch on the Security Enquiry form will be blank and read-only.
