Database Upgrade; Centrix Cost Centre defaults Fraudshare and SmartID Verification as checked

Upgrading a 3.02 database to 3.04 sets the following Centrix Consumer options in Cost Centres to checked:

• Include Fraudshare by default?
• Include SmartID Verification by default?

As both of these products are optional services from Centrix and require Centrix to enable, Credit Enquires may then fail with an E425 "Subscriber is not authorised to product code" error.
