Account Payment Arrangement Advice; additional functionality added for NZ CCCFA Regulations

Additional functionality has been added to the Account Payment Arrangement Advice for NZ CCCFA Regulations.

The following constants have been added:

• ShowVariationTableChanges
• Indicates whether to include increase/ decrease change information.
• Options are None (the default), Original and Previous.
• You must show the Previous Arrangement column if using "Previous".
• ShowVariationTableRowCostOfBorrowing
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Cost of Borrowing information.
• Default = False.
• ShowVariationTableRowFees
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Fee information.
• Default = False.
• ShowVariationTableRowInterest
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Interest information.
• Default = True.
• ShowVariationTableRowInterestRemaining
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Interest Remaining information.
• Default = True.
• For Arrangements created prior to version 3.4.4 this will revert to showing the Total Interest row.
• ShowVariationTableRowPayments
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Payments information.
• Default = True.
• ShowVariationTableRowPaymentsRemaining
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Payments Remaining information.
• Default = True.
• For Arrangements created prior to version 3.4.4 this will revert to showing the Total Payments row.
• ShowVariationTableRowPaymentsAlreadyMade
• Indicates whether to include a row showing Total Payment Already Made information.
• Default = False.

In addition the "ShowVariationTablePreviousArrangement" constant now defaults to True.

Note; for consistency Promise Arrangements are now included in the right-most "Current" column - previously only full Payment Arrangements were shown. However, the Last Variation column does not include a Promise Arrangement.
