HTML Widgets; Client Contact Method; Read-Only Parameter moved to "TESTING" section

The "Read Only" Parameter has been moved to the "TESTING" section of the Parameters list in the Client Contact Method HTML Widget. This is because when configuring the HTML Widget to override the form (and the standard Parameters have been overridden) changing the default value for Read Only will not do anything.

This is because the calling form (responsible for opening the Client Contact Method HTML Widget) specifically passes in a value for Read Only. Therefore, setting this in finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration will not have any effect.

Moving the Parameter to "TESTING" will highlight that it only to be used for testing purposes only when running the HTML Widget from the Test button on a standalone Script.
