FIX: Temporary folders not being deleted as expected
finPOWER Connect uses temporary folders to store many things (including files generated by 3rd party components).
NEW: Maximum Business Layer Pools size can now be configured as low as 5 (down from 10)

Web Services works by keeping a "Pool" of finPOWER Connect business layers. Each business layer can be thought of as analogous to a single desktop instance of finPOWER Connect running.
NEW: Background Processes are now logged
The Log tab of the Web Administration, Home view, now includes details of Background Processes that are run/ running.
NEW: HTML Widgets; Queued Background Processes will no longer be picked up by an instance of Web Services that is configured to use a different Web Configuration to the Web Services that was originally running the Widget

Some HTML Widgets, e.g., Publish Documents, use background processes since the various stages (refreshing the grid, generating the documents) may take a while.

The Notifications menu has been updated to act the same as the finPOWER Connect Cloud version:
NEW: Processes; New "Heartbeat" entry allows monitoring of the heartbeat service
If Web Services is running via a centralised configuration file (via a config.redirect file in the App_Data folder) then multiple Web Services can be monitored via the Servers view.
FIX: Scheduled Processes; Processes set to run daily (1440 minutes) were running every day, even if configured to only run on specific days of the week
Scheduled Processes which were configured to run with a frequency of 1440 minutes (daily), but only configured to run on specific days of the week were incorrectly running every day.
FIX: Pools grid; "By" column was always showing the configured Web Services User Id
The Pools grid in the Web Services Administration facility was always showing the configured Web Services User Id (e.g., WSUSER).
NEW: Pools grid now shows more Web Administration requests as "[Web Administration facility]"
The Pools grid in the Web Administration facility now shows more requests as "[Web Administration facility]" to differentiate them from external requests such as finPOWER Connect Cloud.
FIX: Web Administration; Records view; Tooltip updated to not refer to "Bookmarked" records and "Search" view
The Records view has an information (i) icon which, when clicked, gives more information about the view.
NEW: System Information report now displays the Database Date and Time and Time Zone when run from a Web Server
The System Information report will now display Database Date and Time and Time Zone when running from a Web Server.
FIX: Unable to re-login after session has timed out

When the Web Services Administration facility has timed out, the Web Administrator was prompted to re-enter their password and click the "Sign In Again" button.
