Pools grid; "By" column was always showing the configured Web Services User Id

The Pools grid in the Web Services Administration facility was always showing the configured Web Services User Id (e.g., WSUSER).

This has been updated to show the correct finPOWER Connect User when Web Services are being accessed from finPOWER Connect Cloud.

NOTE: When a User is first signing in to finPOWER Connect Cloud, that User's User Id is not available hence the configured Web Services User Id will be shown.
