Background Processes; No longer reports as having failed if picked up by a different instance of Web Services

Previously, if a Background Process, e.g., running Account Processes from finPOWER Connect Cloud was picked up by two instances of Web Services at the same time (a situation that could only occur when running multiple Web Servers), one of those services will have incorrectly report it had failed. This could be viewed from the Web Services Administration facility, Processes view, Background tab.

This is now handled more gracefully. The Background Process will be shown as "Finished" and the Details column will show "Handled by a different instance of Web Services.".
