FIX: Account form, Payments page; updated Payment Details buttons for Deposits
The Payment Details buttons below the Summary page on the Accounts form, Payments page have been updated for Deposits.

On the Financial Page for Deposits, the button strip below the Summary Page shows disabled buttons - when these buttons should be hidden.
FIX: Deposits; if Other Interest Rate used, could not review Rate on Deposit Account
If "Other Interest" is used for a Deposit, the Rate cannot be changed on the Deposit. Clicking the button to review from the Financial Page does nothing.

NEW: Account Restructure; revamped to better handle some scenarios
The Account Restructure wizard has been reviewed and updated to better handle some real life scenarios. For example, currently if a payment or fee has already been charged on a day, then a Restructure cannot be done on that day.

When creating default Disbursements for an Account, a Disbursement is incorrectly created for a zero value Transaction. They should not be.

A new Constant has been added to the Deposit and Loan Statements to determine whether to include reversed Journal transactions. The new constant is "ShowReversedTransactions".
NEW: Loan/ Deposit Statements; now hides zero value Interest Transactions based upon Account Type
Loan and Deposit Statements now hide zero value Interest Transactions based upon the Account Type Interest Option.

FIX: Database Upgrade; Progress wording incorrect
When running a database upgrade, the progress wording is incorrect. "Please wait while a your database is upgraded" should be "Please wait while your database is upgraded".
NEW: Account Applications; new option to audit changes in the selected Quote and it's properties
New auditing options have been added for Account Applications.
NEW: Documents; Loan and Deposit Statement; "TRANSACTIONS" table now underlines heading row
The newly added "Word Document" type Documents for Loan and Deposit Statements use the standard "TRANSACTIONS" bookmark to include a table of Transactions.
NEW: Export Bank Transactions wizard; new columns added to Transactions grid
The following new columns have been added to the Export Bank Transactions wizard Transactions grid:
NEW: Account Transactions; added Creation Branch to Transaction List
Account Transactions include the original/ creation Branch, but this has never been exposed externally. Although the Account can change Branch over time, the Branch at the time the Transaction was created never changes.
NEW: Payment Arrangements; added a warning if Direct Debit payments are outstanding
A new warning has been added to Payment Arrangements if Direct Debit payments are outstanding. Direct Debits waiting to be processed are cancelled, i.e. set to Not Processed when the Payment Arrangement is added.
NEW: Export General Ledger wizard; amended tooltip for "Closed to Date"
The tooltip for "Closed to Date" in the Export General Ledger wizard has been amended to clarify that they will be re-dated to the day after the date entered.

FIX: Credit Enquiry Response issue; VedaXML NZ "Company Enquiry" can cause finPOWER Connect to crash
The VedaXML NZ Company and other Enquiry products can cause finPOWER Connect to crash with the error "An item with this key already exists in the collection".
