Clients form, Profile page; Communication Settings tooltip updated

On the Clients form, Profile page the tooltip for Communication Settings has been updated to make it clear the finPOWER Connect does not automatically use these flags.

The Tooltip now reads "finPOWER Connect does not automatically use these flags. However, they can be used by Scripts and Documents to determine whether to communicate with a Client.".

Note, this also applies to the New Client wizard.
