Export General Ledger wizard; amended tooltip for "Closed to Date"

The tooltip for "Closed to Date" in the Export General Ledger wizard has been amended to clarify that they will be re-dated to the day after the date entered.

The tooltip was "All Transactions dated prior to this date will be re-dated to this date. This prevents transactions being created for a closed off Accounting Period." and has been updated to "All Transactions dated prior to this date will be re-dated to the day after this date. This prevents transactions being created for a closed off Accounting Period.".

This means a Closed to Date of 31/3/2016 will re-date any transactions dated on/ before 31/3/2016 to 1/4/2016.
