Scripts; Summary Pages; Options; New options to determine whether to include on Desktop and/ or Cloud version

The Scripts form, Options page has the following new options for Summary Page (Version 2) type Scripts:

• Show on finPOWER Connect Desktop forms?
• Show on finPOWER Connect Cloud forms?

The "Hide this Summary Page from the Pages list on the Form?" option has been removed from the User Interface but kept on the business layer for backward compatibility. The finScript.SummaryPageDesktop property replaces this and is basically the same property but reversed.

The Script details report has been updated accordingly.

NOTE: The finPOWER Connect Cloud option is only visible if the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration, General page is configured to "Show Cloud-related Settings?".
