Bank Import; may fail to import if some lines are handled by a script

Importing a Bank Transaction file may fail with the error "Failed to import Bank Transactions. No transactions were imported. No transactions were found that matched the Import Rules defined." when in fact one or more lines have been imported and handled by a script.

In the import, if some, but not all, lines have been handled by a script and no other lines have been imported, the overall import fails.
