HTML Widgets; Credit Enquiries; Updated to use GetCreditEnquiryHtmlFromServiceLog

Previously, the Credit Enquiry HTML Widgets were using the following Business Layer function to retrieve the Enquiry Summary Page:

• finBL.CreditBureau.GetCreditBureauEnquiryHtmlFromServiceLog()

This function has been obsoleted and therefore they have now been updated to use:

• finBL.CreditBureau.GetCreditEnquiryHtmlFromServiceLog()
