Account form, Status page; performance optimisations

On the Account form, Status page, if the Account uses Credit Limits, there may be many individual database queries made to the "BankTransaction" table.

This occurs when calculating the value of uncleared Payments. This function now only reads the "BankTransaction" table if absolutely necessary, which means less database queries and better performance.
