HTML Widgets; When opened in finPOWER Connect, form size is not scaled to match Windows DPI settings

The "Options" page of the Scripts form allows Max Height and Width to be specified for an HTML Widget.

When and HTML Widget is opened via an Application Shortcut, these sizes are used as the form size to display.

However, if Windows was running in anything other than 100% scaling (e.g., 125%) these dimensions were not being scaled. This could lead to smaller HTML Widgets such as the Bank Import wizard to think their form size was too small and therefore go into mobile mode where captions appear above rather than to the left of controls.
