Approve Disbursements Wizard; Improved options for filtering by Disbursement Type

Previously, the ability to limit Disbursement Types in the Approve Disbursements wizard via checkboxes was limited to:

• Include Disbursements
• Include Commissions

This has been expanded so the results can be limited based upon:

• Payout
• Cost
• Recovery
• Commission
• Commission Recovery

Additionally, new Business Layer properties have been added to finAccountDisbursementsApprove allowing control over which Disbursement Types are included from Scripts.

The following two properties are now obsolete and should not be used in new Scripts:

• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeCommissions
• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeDisbursements

The following properties replace them:

• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeCommissionsCommission
• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeCommissionsCommissionRecovery
• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeDisbursementsCost
• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeDisbursementsPayout
• finAccountDisbursementsApprove.IncludeDisbursementsRecovery

Each of the new properties also has a 'Resolved' property, which will return True if:

• The property is True
• The current User has permission to approve the Commission / Disbursement
