Account Processes; optimisation "Date Process Next" incorrectly set

The Account Processes "Date Process Next" optimisation date was not correctly set in some circumstances - resulting in, for example, the next Interest transaction not being processed on time.

Note, this did not mean the Interest transaction was not processed, instead it was left as an accrual until finally posted at a later date.

The issue is generally seen where processing of Payment Dues is made ahead of Interest. For example, where only Payment Dues are processed and future dated, as might sometimes be done over a long weekend.

If an Interest transaction is skipped (because of the parameters entered) but a Payment Due is processed and is dated after the Interest transaction then the "Date Next Process" was incorrectly set to the next item on the schedule (dated after the Payment Due transaction) and not the previous Interest transaction.
