ISPhoneNumberDetails object; obsoleted and new ISPhoneNumberDetails2 object introduced

The ISPhoneNumberDetails object has been obsoleted and a new ISPhoneNumberDetails2 object has been introduced.

Note, this means you can continue to use ISPhoneNumberDetails and related functions in scripts. We suggest you consider using ISPhoneNumberDetails2 where possible in the future.

• Terminology has changed from "International Dialing code" to "Country code" in the User Interface.
• A new finBL.CreatePhoneNumberDetails2 function has been added.
• Note, there are no parameters for Country/ Area codes - they simply come from Global and User Settings.
• ISValidation.IsValidPhoneNumber function added.

The new functionality also better handles NZ prefixes without punctuation, e.g. 021123456 or +6421123456 become +64 21 123 456.
