HTML Widgets; Banking and Payment Details controls now remove leading and trailing spaces

When updating an Account's Payment Details or entering a Payment Received, spaces were preserved at the beginning of the Code and Reference fields for New Zealand databases. Only Particulars had spaces removed.

This has been fixed via a business layer change to the finBankingDetails.FromHtmlWidgetJsonString method.

NOTE: leading spaces will still be displayed on the screen until the record is reloaded. They are however removed when the finBankingDetails object is updated and therefore before the data is saved to the database.
