Clients; Web User Id can now be defined as an alternative to Client Id for signing in

The Web Access page of the Client form now allows a Web User Id (max 100 characters) to be defined. This can be used as an alternative when signing in, e.g., from a Client-based Portal.

The following have been updated:

• Client form
• Client Edit HTML Widget (used in finPOWER Connect Cloud)
• Quick Search (full match only, does not do a wildcard search)

The following business layer updates have been made:

• finClientFunctions.WebLoginValidate method now caters for Web User Id
• finClient object now has a LoadWebUserId method
• finPortalHandler.AuthenticateClient method now caters for Web User Id

NOTE: The Web User Id must be unique, i.e., two Clients cannot have the same Web User Id.
