Account form; slow to load the first time opened

The Account form can be slow to open the first time. This is because various information is loaded and cached into memory the first time the form is opened.

In particular, if there are a large number of Account Managers the form is very slow to open. An optimisation has been made to correct this particular issue.

In addition, checking the "Preload information when opening database?" under Global Settings, General group, Performance page has been optimised to preload more information; in particular additional details for each Account Type (that was slowing down the Account form).

Note, the second time the Account form is opened it was always fast.
