HTML Widgets; Management report enhancements

A new "Report Layout" option has been added to the following report HTML Widgets:

• Accounts Breakdown
• Account Applications Breakdown
• Promise Management Summary

This allows the report to be displayed in a special "Dashboard" mode which gives a fixed-size layout rather than the vertically scrolling "Page" layout.

Reports also have a a new "Automatically show Breakdown when selecting a row?" option. If unchecked, the Breakdown will now be shown automatically when selecting a row in the grid. Instead, a drilldown button at the right of the grid can be clicked to show a breakdown. The breakdown will also be shown if a row is double-clicked or a section of the pie-chart is clicked.
