Account Applications; New business layer objects added to assist with Identification Items

A new finIdentificationDetails object is available for Scripting.

This can be created via finBL.CreateIdentificationDetails().

It has many identification-item related properties and can be serialised to and from XML. This makes it useful for storing information on an Account Application (or Applicant's) User Data.

If also has an UpdateClientIdentificationItem method for updating a finClientIdentificationItem object from the details stored.
