Branches; may not be able to add a new Branch if User isn't a Client/ Account Manager

A User may not be able to add a new Branch.

After clicking Add the following message is displayed "Validation of Branches failed. Default Client Manager is not defined in Global Settings or User Preferences and the current User is not a Manager. This is required when creating the associated Client when a new Branch is saved.".

This occurs if:

1.The Global Settings, Branches group, General page "Default Manager" is undefined.
2. The User Preferences, Clients group, General page "Default Manager" is undefined.
3 The User's "Can the User be defined as a Manager on a Client/ Account etc?" option under Admin, Users & Responsibilities, Responsibilities page is unchecked.

This validation has been removed.

Note, the Manager for the Client associated with the new Branch is set to the Default Manager defined under Global Settings, Branches. If this is blank, the Client's Manager is not set.
