Failed to execute Centrix (New Zealand) 'Consumer Product Enquiry' request (Test).

Procedure or function 'Users_GetBySubscriberCode' expects parameter '@SubscriberCode', which was not supplied.

Solution

Go to Tools; Global Settings, Clients, Centrix NZ page. Untick the checkbox ‘Use ‘SmarkLink’ for ‘Consumer Product’ enquiries?'

E409: Unknown Subscriber (Error)

Error Details

Centrix Unknown Subscriber Error

Failed to execute New Zealand Centrix 'Ping' request.

Passed PING test.

Failed Commercial Search test.

Failed to execute Centrix (New Zealand) 'Commercial Search' request (Test).

E409: Unknown Subscriber (Error).

Solution

This error may occur when the User Preferences 'Test Mode' setting is checked and the Centrix credentials are for the Production Site.

Uncheck the 'Test Mode?' option found under User Preferences, Clients group, Credit Bureau page.

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

There was no endpoint listening at https://ws.centrix.co.nz/v16/Consumers.svc that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.  See InnerException, if present, for more details.

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Solution

Check that you have entered or been supplied the correct credentials.

Solution

  • A version of Internet Explorer has been installed (some revisions of version 8) that conflicts with the .NET framework. Upgrading Internet Explorer should resolve the issue.

  • Re-install the .NET Framework.
