Solution
Under Global Settings, Messaging, Email or User Preferences, Messaging, Email check the 'Enable SSL' option.
The Remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway

An unexpected Status response of 'Connection refused' (BadGateway) was received attempting to contact 'https://inteltech.com.au/secure-api/send.php'.
Web Request failed.
Unauthorised Access.
The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
Failed to Send SMS Message.
Failed to execute Web Service request.
An unexpected Status response of 'Connection refused' (BadGateway) was received attempting to contact 'https://inteltech.com.au/secure-api/send.php'.

The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
Solution
Your Proxy Server settings aren't configured correctly.
Open Global Settings, General group, Internet page and ensure your Proxy Server details are correct.
