FIX: Portals; widget.UI.DBCombo; RefreshFromStandardRange not working
DBCombo controls in Portals were failing to retrieve a list when the RefreshFromStandardRange method was called.
FIX: HTML Widgets; Dropdown controls position incorrectly in scrollable pages
HTML Widget controls providing a dropdown such as the DateBox's Calendar may display the dropdown in the incorrect position if the page is scrollable.
NEW: Statement Documents; updated to allow more flexibility in the list of Transactions
Statement Documents, including the Disbursement Remittance Advice, have been updated to allow more flexibility in the list of Transactions, in particular what information is displayed in the Reference and Description columns.
NEW: External Party List; Add Category and Region columns and Group By
The External Party List Report now includes columns for Category and Region.
FIX: Account Transaction Allocation Summary Page block; incorrect capitalisation
The Account Transaction Allocation Summary Page block has incorrect capitalisation on two warnings:

The System Use Only flag in the finAccountClose Business Layer object has been removed for the following functions:

The SQL Server database provider has been updated so ISUpdateQueryBuilder handles NVarChar columns.
NEW: finAccountBalanceAdjustment; Update Business Layer object
The finAccountBalanceAdjustment Business Layer object has been enhanced to make it easier to use.
NEW: Database Providers; GetSchema column information updated to better support different types of columns
Changes have been made to handle VARCHAR versus NVARCHAR columns in SQL Server. The DataSubType enum for columns is now set to "Unicode" for NVARCHAR columns.
