NEW: Account Logs; New Logs now display a "Charge Fee" page
When adding a new Account Log for an "Open" Account, a "Charge Fee" page is now displayed.
NEW: Documents; added ability to add additional Documents to a master Document
A new facility has been added to combine one or more additional (Child) Documents into a Master Document when the PDF file is generated.
NEW: Account Process Interest Payouts; added Permission Key to allow backdating
A new Permission Key has been added to allow backdating of Interest Payouts further than 7 days.
NEW: Global Settings; increased length of External Party, Employee Code field
The length of the Employee Code field under Global Settings, External Parties group, General page has been increased to handle the option "[ExternalPartyId]-[FirstInitial][MiddleInitial][LastInitial]".
NEW: Test Mode; update to Window Title, Background Colour and added warning upon login
When logging into a Database when the User is in Test Mode (not Forced Test Mode) the following changes have been made:

A new Standard Range is available for use in Parameter Sets, HTML Widgets etc.
NEW: Summary Pages; Workflow Summary Version 1, "SummaryPage_Workflow_KeyDetails", removed
Built-in Version 1 Summary page "SummaryPage_Workflow_KeyDetails" has been removed from finPOWER Connect. This Summary Page previously only redirected the User to the Summary Page Version 2 of the same Summary and has therefore been removed.

FIX: HTML Widgets; Account Bank Transaction Reverse; Document Generation is now supported
A document can now be generated when a Bank Transaction is reversed. The option was added on a previous version of the HTML Widget, but it did not do anything.
NEW: CommonDialog; added GetInputDate common dialog
A new common dialog form has been added, namely GetInputDate.
FIX: HTML Widgets; Account Withdrawal; Withdrawal error was being returned when in Refund mode
If attempting to process a refund for an Account where the Account Type dictated that withdrawals were not allowed, an error would be returned. This was incorrect and has been fixed as Withdrawal validation should only apply to Withdrawals, not Refunds.
FIX: Reporting; Branch Details Report; Messaging tab added as well as other enhancements

FIX: HTML Viewer form and WebView2 control; Application Shortcuts which launch HTML Widgets will now launch in WebView2 if configured
Previously, if an HTML Widget Application Shortcut was executed, and the database was configured to use WebView2 (where applicable), the HTML Widget was being opened in the existing Internet Explorer based Web View.

Range Lookups now support an option to show or hide Inactive records.
NEW: MYOB GL API; implemented API Rate limit retry
The MYOB API may fail with a 403 Forbidden error, with the message "ERROR: API key has exceeded the per-second rate limit" or "ERROR: API key has exceeded the daily rate limit".
NEW: Client Connect Sample Portal; Messages; Added ability to attach files during a conversation thread
If the database is configured for the Document Manager (and file upload is allowed), the Client Connect Sample Portal now supports attaching a file during a conversation thread, not just when starting one.
FIX: Client Employments; Client Occupation could default incorrectly for a Linked Client in the Client Occupation form
When adding a new Linked Client, it was possible for the Client Employment wizard to retrieve the Occupation from the Linked Client, even if it had been previously overridden.

FIX: Account Type Details Report; Payment details missing for Disbursement Accounts
In the Account Type Details Report, Payments section the "Negative Payment Options" block was missing for Disbursement Account Types.
FIX: HTML Widgets; New Account Wizard; Obsolete Functions replaced
The obsoleted function GetAvailablePromotions() has been replaced by its successor Function of the same name, but can now accept Client Types.

FIX: HTML Widgets; Account Payment Arrangement Add; Promise calculation incorrectly cleared the "Total" value
When calculating Promises in the Account Payment Arrangement Add HTML Widget, the "Total" field was being incorrectly cleared when entering the "Number of Payments" when it should have been updating the "Value" field.
