Pasting code into DBCombo with no dropdown does not fire 'Change' event

Pasting a code into a DBCombo with no dropdown does not fire the control's 'Change' event which may lead to unpredictable behaviour.

An example of this is:

1. Under User Preferences, Performance, uncheck 'Use Client dropdowns?'
2. Open the Clients form and load a Client
3. Open the Credit Enquiry form from the Client menu, Credit Enquiry option
4. Right-click on the Client field and paste the code of the open Client
5. Tab to the next field. The Client's address is not been previewed
