Workflow Add-On; Workflow Type Details report; New option to print the HTML Summary for Workflow Items

If the Workflow Items are checked to be printed then select the layout from the following two options:
Standard: This will print a list of the Workflow Items.
Standard with HTML Summary Page; This will print the Workflow Item followed by the Item Summary.
