Refinance Account; New code generation option

A new Code Generation option is available for Refinanced Accounts. The new option is "Code[Letter]".

This will suffix the Account code with an auto-sequencing letter, e.g. L10000 will become L10000A if refinanced and then L10000B if this Account is then refinanced.
