Direct Credits; held Payments in Payment Run not displayed in next Direct Credit batch.

Drilldown to a payment from the Payment Run and set to hold. The Payment is not displayed in next Direct Credit batch due to DatePayment being set to Null.

Work around is to clear the Date on the Details tab of the Direct Credits wizard, which defaults to todays date. The missing held payment(s) should then show up.
