Task Manager; Folders now preserve the last item selected and also display an indicator of the last folder(s) visited

Task Manager folders now preserve the last item selected so that when you re-select the folder, the last item is selected.

Background colours on the folder captions now track the last folders accessed. Green represents the last folder accessed and decreasing hues of yellow, the previous folders accessed. Only item-based folders are tracked in this way, i.e., not Headings or HTML Reports.

NOTE: If the items within a folder have changed due to an action performed in another folder, the item selected when the folder is selected may not be the last item selected by the User.
