Accounts; Overriding Payments date description for ranges incorrectly shows 11st, 12nd, 13rd

When entering Overriding Payments in the New Account wizard or Payment Arrangement wizard then description for date ranges/ wildcards incorrectly shows 11st, 12nd, 13rd. These should be 11th, 12th and 13th respectively.
