Revolving Credit Contract; Interest "Rate Table" text improved

In the Revolving Credit Loan Contract the text describing the Interest Rate when using a "Rate Table" has been improved.

The Contract was also printing the rate table's code and description twice.

The VBA document amended is "Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA_RC.dot".
