Setup program now replaces demonstration database correctly

When installing over an existing version of finPOWER Connect, the demonstration database and any other files that have been modified (e.g., VBA Templates) were not overwritten. This could lead to a message indicating that the demo database needed upgrading after installing a newer version of finPOWER Connect, e.g., installing version 1.2.0 over the top of 1.1.0.

This has now been fixed and all existing files in the application folder and its sub-folders should now be removed as part of the setup process.
