HTML Widgets; Akahu Apply Bank Account Enquiry; Apply Referral mode added

The Akahu Apply Bank Account Enquiry wizard HTML Widget now offers a choice of enquiry mode when Enable Apply Referrals? is set for the Cost Centre:

• New Enquiry - the standard consent flow.
• Apply Referral - redeem a broker's Referral Code.

Selecting Apply Referral displays a Referral Code field and hides the New Enquiry options (Days to Retrieve, Allow Manual Uploads, Skip Landing Page), which do not apply to a referral. When Apply Referrals is not enabled for the Cost Centre, only the standard New Enquiry options are shown.
