Cost Centres; Akahu; Sign Up button url updated and contact email address added

The Akahu Cost Centre Sign Up button has been updated to reference a dedicated Akahu landing page for finPOWER Connect: Akahu Apply and finPOWER Connect.

The Akahu contact email address hello@akahu.nz is now also displayed inline with the Sign Up prompt as a clickable mailto link. Clicking the address opens the user's default email client with the recipient pre-filled.
